Girls Summer Running:
Summer running is one of the best ways to get ready for the upcoming cross-country season. Consistent training over the summer helps athletes build a strong foundation, improve endurance, and feel more confident when practices begin in the fall. It's also a great chance to spend time with teammates, build friendships, and start the season feeling prepared and ready to go.

No Summer Running: July 6–10
Captain's Practice Week: August 3–7
Official Season Begins: Monday, August 10 (more info to follow)
