You have a topic and claim. Now you have to prove it!
You will need at least 2 clear reasons FOR your position and you will need to REFUTE an argument against your position.
Then you will need to support all those reasons with evidence!

EVIDENCE:
Women who drink 5 cups of coffee a day are 57% less likely to get certain kinds of cancer.
Coffee beans contain the antioxidants cafestol and kahweol , which have been proven to prevent cancer.
Caffeic acid (in coffee) has demonstrated anti-tumor activity in some studies.

CLAIM: Plastic bottles are not a good choice.
Why?
REASON: Most plastic bottles end up in garbage dumps, and are not recycled
EVIDENCE:
86% of plastic bottles end up in garbage dumps
Every YEAR Americans throw away 38 billion bottles
It takes 1000 years for one plastic bottle to degrade
Degrading plastic bottles leak dangerous chemicals into the soil and ground water
These chemicals can cause cancer
