2018-19 Hours of Operation 

Monday thru Friday  7:00-8:00am in the cafeteria

Monday-Friday          3:05-5:05pm in the cafeteria & specified classrooms

August 27                    Program opens for the school year

Aug. 31-Sept. 3           Program closed for Teacher In-Service & Labor Day

September 28             Program closed for Teacher In-Service

November 1-2            Program closed for Fall Parent-Teacher Conferences

November 20-25        Program closed for In-Service & Thanksgiving Break

December 21-Jan 6    Program closed for In-Service & Christmas Break

January 21                Program closed for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

February 18               Program closed for February Break

March 1                       Program closed for Opening Day of Trout Season

March 21-25              Program closed for Spring Conferences & March Break

April 19-22                Program close for Easter Break

May 10                     Program closes until next year

**If school is NOT in session for any reason, including weather, then the program is CLOSED, too!!

In the case of inclement weather and the Exeter R-VI School closes, the after school program will also be closed. If the weather begins to worsen throughout the day and road conditions are poor, we ask that you pick up your child up as soon as possible.  This will allow our staff to also get home safely, before the conditions are not suitable for driving.
