Transcripts
Official transcripts for current or recently graduated students can be requested through our secretary registrar Tracy Bird at Registrar_Heritage@evergreenps.org please include your name, date of birth, grade, number of official or unofficial transcripts needed and reason for transcript request. All fines and fees must be paid in order to receive an official transcript. You can request transcripts by filling out the transcript request form. Students can also access unofficial transcripts in their student Skyward under the documents tab.
Seniors can now requests official transcripts to be sent to directly to the colleges you have applied to through Xello. Please follow the directions below:
How students request their transcript be sent to an institution:
From their Student Dashboard, under Goals & Plans, students click College Planning.
Under College Applications, they select the institution to which they’d like their transcript sent.
Under the Application Checklist they find Transcript.
To the right, they click Request.
A banner at the top of the screen will indicate the request was sent.
