Dear Heritage students and parents,
As graduation approaches, it's important to ensure our Seniors' final transcripts are sent to the college, university, trade school, military branch, or program they plan to attend after high school. This is the student's responsibility, and we have steps to follow to help.
What you need to do:
First, determine where your final transcript needs to be sent and update your enrollment decisions via SchooLinks.
Verify the correct institution's name and delivery method before submitting your request.
Update your enrollment decision in SchooLinks. (EPS Instructions for Enrollment Decisions for Final Transcripts) as well as finish the Senior Year End Activity.
You will receive 1 official transcript with your diploma during pickup June 26th or 29th. You can mail or hand-deliver this to your college. Do not open, as it is official.
If you want 1 extra office transcript, complete the required transcript request using the QR Code above.
After June 29th, you must pick up your diploma and transcript at Evergreen School District.
Why this matters:
Most colleges and programs require an official final transcript showing your graduation date and final grades.
Your admission can be delayed or placed on hold if your final transcript is not received by the deadline.
If your plans have changed since applying to colleges, please make sure your final transcript request reflects your current destination.
