Assignment sheets and the course calendar can be found below. Please note that the assignments and calendar are subject to change. Be attentive to class announcements.
Homework solutions and handouts for assignments not in the textbook can be found on the subpages below. Recall that homework is intended to be a learning experience. Some problems are more like practice exercises to help you build speed, accuracy, confidence with routine techniques. Many more problems, however, push you to develop your overall calculus understanding by building your math reading and writing skills and your problem solving. Also, the authors of our textbook have wisely included some problems that might seem challenging but are planting ideas that will make later topics much easier to approach - IF you've truly thought deeply about these sneak preview problems.
Some problems in chapters 1 through 4 have been highlighted on the assignment sheet as particularly conversation-rich. That is, we anticipate that these problems will likely require you to put significant individual thought in and then talk through with classmates (from your or other sections!), teachers in the math study center, and/or the solutions manual.

Another valuable resource is a collection of videos covering key concepts from each chapter of our course. This library was created and compiled by a former BC student for his senior studies project. http://bccalc.0fees.net/bc/index.php/calc/index
