My name is Ms. Chiao and I will be teaching five sections of Biology this year, with two classes that will include Finance Academy students. This year, we have Ms. Deng, who is a student teacher from University of California, Santa Cruz! She will be with us all year!
2020 - 2021 will be my 17th year in education, and ninth year at Indy. Currently I am teaching Biology. I have taught Sheltered Biology and Integrated Sciences at Independence High School in East Side Union High School District. I have also taught pre-K through Middle School in the past.
From the University of California, Santa Cruz I received my Bachelors of Arts in Molecular Cellular Developmental Biology and Master of Arts in Education.
