7:00 – 8:30 PM EST
Join our Monthly Meditation & Community Night for an evening of guided meditation followed by conversation and tea. Susan also may offer a brief teaching from Ayurveda (India's holistic health science), yoga philosophy, or other Eastern wisdom traditions. Everyone is welcome—whether you’re an experienced meditator or simply curious to explore meditation in a relaxed, supportive setting.
There’s no charge. If you like, bring nibbles to share. Tea will be provided.

There are a few chairs and bolsters available. You are welcome to bring your own meditation cushion.
Join Reiki Master Teachers Susan and Jon Bernhardt for a Reiki Share. We welcome anyone who has completed any level of Reiki training in any lineage.
The evening will include a guided Gassho meditation, group Reiki practice, and time for questions, discussion, and shared experiences. We may also give attunements or explore specific Reiki techniques or practices. If someone wishes the group to offer a distance Reiki session for someone in need, we can include that as well.
This is a welcoming space to stay connected to your practice, receive support, and give and receive Reiki within community.
There is no charge to attend. Donations are optional.

I will be the lead teacher at the Tibetan Cranial Apprentice training May 14-19 in Colorado. Apprenticeship is an immersive pathway for those who feel called to practice Tibetan Cranial—deep structural, subtle, and spiritual work with a lineage-based approach. The retreat setting supports embodied learning, practice time, and mentorship. Apprenticeship is a significant commitment, but the benefits for those who undertake it -- and the people they provide sessions for -- are truly beyond measure. Learn more about the Tibetan Cranial Apprenticeship here.
I also plan to begin holding trainings in Virginia. Please let me know if you are interested, and I will be thrilled to talk with you and answer any questions.
