Thom Elniski Tournament

M.E.LaZerte High School is proud to host it's annual Thom Elniski Tournament, which celebrates the life of coach Elniski and his dedication to the students he taught and coached. Mr. Thom Elniski passed away October 2, 2004 at the age of fifty-five years after a courageous battle with cancer. Thom began his teaching career with Edmonton Public Schools in 1973 at Victoria School. He also taught at Londonderry Junior High School, and served as Department Head of Physical Education at M.E. LaZerte. Thom Elniski left a legacy of living life to the fullest and passionately giving back to his students and community.
