RapidILL 國際快速文獻傳遞服務係由美國 Colorado State University Library 研發之合作系統，參加單位以美國大學圖書館為主，並包括加拿大、香港、台灣等地之圖書館，逾一百多所參與資源共享。申請之資料最快可在24小時內取得全文。對於國內沒有蒐藏的西文期刊，只要透過此服務，圖書館將於短時間內幫助您獲取所需的文獻。

RapidILL is an international rapid document delivery service developed by Colorado State University Libraries.
The participating institutions are primarily university libraries in the United States, as well as libraries in Canada, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and other regions, with more than one hundred institutions engaged in resource sharing.

Requested articles can typically be delivered in full text within 24 hours. For Western-language journals not held domestically, this service enables the library to help you obtain the required documents in a very short time.

Eligible Users:

Faculty, staff, and students of the university. 

 申請流程：

1. 請先查詢本館館藏目錄及資源探索服務，確認本館無法提供所需之期刊或電子圖書文獻。

2. RapidILL只接受有ISSN與年代之西文期刊文獻複印以及有ISBN的西文電子圖書申請，紙本圖書、會議論文、博碩士論文等無法透過該系統取得。

3. 申請西文期刊文獻複印請填寫RapidILL西文期刊文獻傳遞服務(申請期刊文章)表單(本表單一次最多可申請十篇文章)；申請西文電子圖書章節複印請填寫RapidILL西文期刊文獻傳遞服務(申請電子圖書文章)表單。

4. 請遵守智財權，單筆申請以單篇文獻為限。

5. 各項欄位（含刊名、頁數、ISSN、年代、及卷期）務必確實查明填寫。

6. 如被退件無法由RAPIDILL取得文獻，請自行透過國內全國文獻傳遞服務系統(NDDS)申請。

Application Procedure:

1. Check the library catalog and resource discovery service first to confirm that the required journal or e-book is not available at the library.
   
   

2. RapidILL only accepts requests for:
   Copy of Western-language journal articles with an ISSN and publication year.
   Western-language e-book chapters with an ISBN.

Note: Printed books, conference papers, and theses/dissertations cannot be requested through RapidILL.

3. To request a journal article copy:
   Fill out the RapidILL Western-Language Journal Document Delivery Service (Journal Article Request) form. (A maximum of 10 articles per submission.)
   
   To request an e-book chapter copy:
   Fill out the RapidILL Western-Language Journal Document Delivery Service (E-Book Chapter Request) form.

4. Intellectual property compliance:
   Each request should be for one document per submission.

5. Ensure all fields are accurately completed, including journal title, page numbers, ISSN, publication year, and volume/issue information.

6. If a request is rejected and RapidILL cannot obtain the document, please submit your request through the National Document Delivery Service (NDDS) in Taiwan.

處理時間：

透過RAPIDILL系統，約1-3個工作天（最快為24小時），視各單位處理狀況而定。

Processing Time:

Requests submitted through the RapidILL system typically take 1–3 working days (with a fastest delivery of 24 hours), depending on the processing status of the participating institutions.

注意事項：

1. 1. RapidILL只接受有ISSN與年代之西文期刊文獻複印以及有ISBN的西文電子圖書申請，紙本圖書、會議論文、博碩士論文等無法透過該系統取得。

   2. 請務必提供申請件之ISSN（國際標準期刊號）與Year（出版年），以利本館快速傳送申請單。
