STAY TUNED - based on today's weather forecast there is likely not enough snow for race.
Practice to be determined if race is cancelled.
If happening --- Conference Relays scheduled at Elm Creek Park Reserve, 12400 James Deane Pkwy, Maple Grove, MN 55369 (map). Bus departs EPHS at 2:10 pm. Bus return at approximately 6 pm
Races begin at 3:30 pm.

FUNDRAISER REMINDER
Just a friendly reminder to encourage your athlete to work on coffee and Shopping Boss sales toward the 20 unit minimum goal! Goals are to sell the 8 Shopping Boss app/cards and 12 coffee units at a 20 item minimum goal. Fundraising sales continue through NOVEMBER 29. Expectations are a $100 contribution in sales from each skier. If you are unable or prefer to not sell for the fundraiser, you may take donations. We are seeking a $100 contribution from each skier. Sales forms for this year and more information can be found on the EP Nordic website, click FUNDRAISER on right hand bar.

If you are in a position to make a larger contribution (whether $5 more or $500+ more) or want to designate funds, please simply add funds to your athlete's fundraising total or contact Coach Boonstra as there are many needs and ways to support this organization. Funds help with providing ski wax and waxing room equipment, replacement and new equipment (skies, poles) for next year, and paying additional coaching staff - please be aware there are a few coaches who volunteer their time for free.

to athletes. It's an easy commitment from 4-6 pm December 14 at East Commons EPHS.

Pasta Dinners
There are four Pasta Dinners scheduled immediately following practice
at Immanuel Lutheran Church behind Kowalski's. We need helpers to make these happen! Sign up for a slot now using sign up genius links listed. Note that athletes carpool from EPHS to Immanuel after practice for pasta dinners. Dinner ends between 5:30 and 6
pm - pick up your athlete from Immanuel Church after dinner.

Caping and Clothing
At each race the team owns and puts out a tarp on the ground for the team to put all skier clothing
on to keep dry before and after races. Parent volunteers attend the race to assist athletes with taking on and off outer layers and keeping warm-up clothing in tidy order on the tarp. EPHS also owns warm-up capes to put on our athletes as they stand in the
line up for starting a race. Parent volunteers move capes from those first in line to the next in line as each wave starts to keep our athletes warmed up and ready to go. Sign up for Caping & Clothing if you plan to attend a race. You will be able to see your
athlete start and finish while you help and you'll get to know these awesome kids!
