Forms and Docs

Here you will find copies of all of the different important forms and documents that you will need for the classes. This means syllabus, permission forms, rubrics, homework assignments, etc. If you forget your homework at home, please do not think that you can use that as an excuse for not turning it in. I will upload them to both here and the homework assignments link on the left.
