East Hanover’s Integrated Preschool Program is a general education inclusive program designed to provide a preschool enriched curriculum. The curriculum is aligned with the New Jersey Department of Education’s Preschool Teaching and Learning Standards of Quality.

Applications for East Hanover School District’s 3 year old preschool class and 4 year old preschool class for the 2021-22 school year will open for returning students on Monday, January 11, 2021. Enrollment for all NEW preschool students will open on Monday, February 1, 2021. All children must turn Age 3 or Age 4 by October 1, 2021, and must be toilet trained. Alternately, students who do not meet this cut off may be eligible to attend on their third birthday should there be room in the preschool classes. Please contact the Special Services Office if you wish to inquire about this option and space during the school year.
Enrollment, for both sections, is limited and may need to be determined by a lottery drawing. Students currently enrolled in the preschool program will be guaranteed a spot once their application is submitted. Applications, with deposit, are due by Friday, April 16, 2021. The lottery drawing, if needed, will occur on Friday, May 7, 2021 for any additional openings in the preschool classes.
