Wampanoag Native American Project
The students learned the difference in using Google to search for a website verse using a database. The students used a database to do research on the Wampanoag Native Americans. They had to fill out a research organizer. They created a Google slide to showcase their findings.
This project contained two parts. In part 1, Students had to research a few websites to find information about their animal adaptions and learn how does their adaptations help them survuve in their biome. Once they did all the research, they had to create an expository writing piece about their animal's adaptions within a Gogle Slide. Within the Google Docs file, the students had to show they know how to format the document correctly and add image that wraps around text. Students reviewed again what was a source and why sources neededto be added to any end product.
This project contained two parts. In part 2, Students had to research on the biome that their animal lives in. They again learned about what is a source and were given a few website sources to help them learn and collect key information on their biome. They took their biome information they collected and created a Google Slide to showcase their findings. They had a checklist of key Google Slide features and skills they needed to do to complete this project.
