If you are interested in one of our pets, we ask that you please complete an application.

If you need assistance rehoming a dog, we ask that you please complete our Dog Information Form.

If we are actually intaking your dog, we would ask that you complete and send:

If you prefer to rehome your dog on your own, we highly encourage you to use both an application and an adoption contract; we are happy to loan you ours (below). We also highly encourage you to charge a fee and conduct a home visit. Unfortunately, there are unsavory individuals who will shop for free dogs only to resell them for lab testing or dog fighting; they will even pose as a lovely adoptive family to acquire dogs.
