Guest Speaker 2024:  On February 15th, 2024, Joe McGill will be in Davis.  He will speak to an all-student forum at lunch.  He will also address the Black Student Union after school.  Finally, he will speak to the entire community at 7:00 p.m. in Brunelle Theater.  All events ARE FREE.  The 7 p.m. event is open to the public.

Joe McGill's appearance is made possible by generous No Shave November donations.

A portion of the donations will go to the John Dau Foundation that helps build health clinics in South Sudan.

Other Donating Option: Nugget Scrip. I have submitted our class "DHS-Race & Social Justice" to the Nugget Scrip. All you need to do is get a SCRIP card (available all year, but also at Back to School Night), sign up for scrip (especially our class!), and use the scrip card when you shop.
