Exams

The exam is composed by a project and a written test.

Projects must be original and individual.

Original means that it cannot be the same project developed for other courses.

Individual means that one report for each student is required (no reports with multiple names).

Reusing parts of previous projects or joint work with other students must be agreed in advance with the teachers.

The project is the solution of a learning task involving a dynamic system. The project report should describe the considered learning task, the learning approach followed, the data used for training and testing and an evaluation of performance.

Project reports must be submitted by e-mail to the teachers within the due date, before the written test.

The written test includes questions and exercises on any topic in the course.

A final oral discussion will be performed to discuss project and written test results.

It is mandatory to:

• • register to the exam with the system INFOSTUD

  • bring an ID card

Notes

Special exam sessions on March/April and October/November are reserved to repeater,

part-time and out-of-course students.
