Mrs. Preston - High School Math

Mrs. Preston's Bio:

I grew up in Grand Blanc, MI.  I swam for MSU's varsity swim team for 4 years and, after graduating from Michigan State University in 2005 (bachelor's degree in Marketing), I worked in the marketing/retail field.  After deciding to go back to school, I earned my teaching certificate in 2007.  I completed my year long student teaching here at DeWitt High School.  Then, after teaching at Corunna High School for a year, I got the opportunity to rejoin DeWitt Schools and I have been teaching here since 2009.  In 2011, I earned my Master's Degree from MSU in Teaching and Curriculum.  

I live in DeWitt with my husband and 3 children (the eldest is at the Middle School this year).

I have taught and/or currently teach: Algebra 1, Geometry, Algebra 2, Functions and Statistics, Pre-Calculus, Consumer's Math, Trigonometry, AP Calculus AB, and AP Calculus BC

I absolutely love mathematics and enjoy helping others navigate the waters (pun intended).  Go Panthers!!
