D-E Community Education Weather/Other Cancellation Policy
· If the school cancels; all CE practices, activities, events, and classes will be canceled for the day.
· If school closes early, all CE practices, activities, and classes are canceled for after-school and evening
- CE Youth BB coaches may also cancel a practice due to illness, roads, etc. The coach would send an email to their Youth BB families.
CE Refund/Cancellation/Payment Policy's
Refunds/Cancellations/Payments as listed on the online registration form.
Community Education is a self-supporting program.
1. Refunds are given when a class is canceled due to low enrollment OR the course requested is already full OR the participant requests a refund before the "Register and Pay by" date.
2. Participants requesting to withdraw from a class before "Register and Pay By" (or if another date is listed in the class description) will be given a refund.
3. Once the "Register and Pay by" date is passed, the instructors are given numbers for planning, supplies, shirts ordered (if applicable), etc. The instructors base running the class on attendance and are planning their compensation based on the registered numbers.
4. If payment has not been made by the "register and pay by" date, the participant/parent is still responsible for payment, even if they opt to cancel (if they cancel after the "register and pay by" date..
5. No refunds will be made for classes missed.
Hygiene: Participants suggested using hand sanitizer as they arrive, periodically during the event, and at the end of class.
Water: Participants suggested bringing a water bottle.

Shoes - All participants are to wear tennis shoes (or non-metal cleats depending on class) for all sports offerings (no sandals, slides, etc.)
Bring for all sports offerings: water bottle/jug (only filling stations are open)
