03: Supply List

Grade 5 Student Materials:

· 4 folders with pockets

· 2 marble composition books-- no spiral

· Supply of pencils (only 3-4 in school at a time)

· Red- colored pen (no black, please!)

· 1 book cover or Book Sox (JUMBO size work great!)

· erasers

· SOFT pencil case for transporting supplies (no hard pencil cases)

4 tennis balls (for student chairs)

Dry erase markers

NO:

· Makeup

· Hairspray

· Hard pencil cases

· Perfume/ cologne

· Pocketbooks (will be handled on a case-by-case basis)

· Cell phones/ electronic equipment

· Trapper Keeper/ binders

***I do provide students with a pencil basket, box of crayons, rulers, scissors, erasers, and glue for use in school.

However, please make sure to have these materials available at home for use on homework!***

Please keep in mind that some of these items may need to be replenished throughout the school year!

Classroom Wish List

Allergy season seems to always be among us! Along with stuffy noses and coughs, the following items may need to be replenished throughout the school year. Our class would be very thankful to have the following items sent in:

· BOXES OF TISSUES (these are ALWAYS welcome and are in high demand!!!)

· Antibacterial hand soap/ lotion

· Antibacterial wipes

· Baby wipes

· Ziploc bags (any size)
