Please explore at least one musical activity each week. Of course you are welcome to try them all! Be creative, have fun and stay safe <3

Musical Activity #1:

Use materials around your home to create a musical instrument. Draw a picture of your instrument and save it for later to bring back in to school.

a. What did you name your instrument?

b. What materials did you use to make your instrument?

c. How do you play your instrument?

d. What kind of music would you create with your instrument?

Musical Activity #2:

Visit THIS site to create fun and unique rhythmic performances. Click on the grey dots and lines below the picture to create different sounds at different times. When you are happy with your performance, click the arrow to get a new band! Share your performance with a family member! Sing and dance along with your song.

Musical Activity #3:

MOVE YOUR BODY and have fun playing along with popular songs!!! Find something soft to hit (exercise ball, bed, couch cushion) and two things to hit it with (pencils, drum sticks, spatulas) and play along with at least 3 of the songs on THIS website :)
