Side channel nine of Salmon River has been excavated over the summer to make it so fish habitat can be more healthy and plentiful.
Photo Point Data--This group looks at the vegetation growth of the side channel by using GPS and compass points along four different points along the side channel.
Water Quality--This group tests the water quality of the side channel and river to determine the health of the water.
Macro-invertabrates--This group examines macro-invertebrates to determine the quality of the side channel. They are also collecting macro-invertebrates for identification purposes.
