Students that miss a class period for any reason have the opportunity to make up the day in one of the following ways;
1. Student can lift weights for 30 minutes in the weight room for each day that is missed
2. Student can hand write a one page paper over anything that relates to physical education or activity. Topics could include diet, exercise, nutrition, favorite sport, favorite athlete, etc.
Students that are injured and cannot participate in the class are expected to make up their missed days (even with a doctors note)
Students that are absent for any reason (sick, funeral, wedding, doctors appt.) are expected to make up missed days
Students that miss days for a school related activity are not required to make up those days.
