Registration for the 2023-2024 school year is FREE!

Registration for the 2023-2024 school year is now open!

***IF YOU HAVE AN EXISTING SVE BASE ACCOUNT IN SchoolCare Works-DO NOT USE THIS LINK. You will register through your existing SCW parent portal.**

Step 1: Read and understand the 2023-2024 Parent Handbook that is attached below prior to registration.

Step 2: Register your child online using the following link.

Step 3: Complete the necessary forms (See uses of forms below to determine need) and return to a SVE BASE staff member.

Medication Release Form: For children who receive medication during program hours. Must be signed by Primary Care Physician.

Off Site 7th Grader Authorization Form: For children who utilize the program, but attend middle school.

Extra-curricular Release Form: For children who participate in extra-curricular activities while attending the program. Ex: Band, orchestra, etc.

*Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for SVE BASE to approve enrollment.
