Treble Choir

Year long – 1 credit.  Open to all students.

No audition necessary. 

Treble Choir is an entry-level singing group for Soprano and Alto singers.  This course will stress three and four-part singing.  Vocal production and music fundamentals will be stressed.  Repertoire will include music of all genres, including Baroque, Classical, and Romantic as well as folk songs and Broadway music.  Comprehensive musicianship will be stressed, including sight reading, listening, creating music, music theory and relating music to other disciplines and cultures.  All performances are REQUIRED.  Concert attire expense is the responsibility of the student.
