I have over 30 years of experience working with children and families, beginning in preschool and continuing into school-age care.  I earned my degree in Child Development from California State University, Fullerton, and I truly enjoy creating a safe, welcoming, and positive environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun. 

I believe strong relationships and open communication are important in building a successful program.  I strive to be approachable, supportive, and available for both students and families.  My goal is to ensure every child feels valued, included, and encouraged while attending our program.  

Throughout my career, I have worked with children of many different ages and personalities.  I enjoyed helping children build friendships, solve problems, develop confidence, and learn important social skills.  I also enjoy planning engaging activities, games, crafts, and experiences that allow children to be creative and active after their school day. 

As a manager, I believe teamwork and communication are key.  I work closely with staff, school personnel, and families to create a positive experience for everyone involved.  I am committed to supporting our students and making our program a place where children feel safe, respected, and excited to attend each day.

| have over 40 yrs working with Children, Coaching, Behavioral Therapy, building Programs for Special Needs, Advocacy,

implementing the Wrap Around Process as one of the Original Teams that helped this be possible.

| was the FIC for Aurora Mental Health & Federation of Families, and built a Program for those Children with Special

Needs to have a safe space to be a part of belonging and acceptance.

Hello everyone! 

I'm a college senior working toward my bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. I want to teach kindergarten through second grade. I also work as a teacher's assistant for first graders at Pioneer Elementary. 

I have over 15 years of experience working with children. I enjoy creating arts and crafts and coming up with fun and engaging games for kids to play. In the past, I taught youth art classes, youth yoga, and mommy-and-me gymnastics. 

As a mom of two children who attend the BASE Program, this community is extra special to me. I know how important it is for children to feel safe, loved, included, and excited to come each day. While creating a welcoming environment for all, I also focus on encouraging little minds to grow their imaginations through play. 

I am so grateful to be a part of a great team! I can't wait to get to know all of the wonderful kids and families, share lots of laughs, and make special memories.
