Because all students work with all three teachers, we rotate sending out our bi-weekly newsletter. Please be on the lookout for these updates, as they may come from a teacher other than your child's homeroom teacher.
Contact Information: Please ensure your email address in Infinite Campus is up to date, as this is the address we use for communication. If you need to update your email, please contact the main office.
Subject-Specific Questions: Please direct subject-specific questions to that subject's teacher:
Science & Social Studies: Kathleen Ruybal — kruybal1@dcsdk12.org
Math: Jenna Bobinchak — jrbobinchak@dcsdk12.org
ELA: Jordan Pazos — (Email address) coming soon!
Student Responsibility: As part of the transition toward a middle-school model, we encourage students to be the first to reach out with questions about their work or grades. They can email us, talk to us during class/study hall, or leave us a note. While we are always happy to discuss your child's progress with you, encouraging them to take ownership is an important first step!
Grades & Google Classroom: Grades for each subject will be tracked within that class's Google Classroom. We encourage you to log into Google Classroom with your student to monitor their progress, scores, and upcoming assignments. We will send out an instructional video on how to navigate Google Classroom soon.
