Open Enrollment

Round One: November 1 - December 1

or

Round Two: January 22 - August 1

Round One or Round Two applications are accepted for the following school year on a space available basis. Waiting lists, which are prioritized according to Board of Education Policy JCA/JFB-R, will be created if applicants exceed space available at the requested school.  Students who move into the district may apply to attend a school other than their neighborhood school through the New Student Choice Option. Completed New Student Choice applications are submitted to the requested school and may be approved as soon as practicable by the principal if there is space available and no other students at that grade level remain on the wait list established in round one or two of open enrollment.

If you requested open enrollment during first round of open enrollment and did not accept any offers or where denied, your student has been automatically placed on the prioritized second round open enrollment wait list. You will not need to take any further action until the school contacts you.

For parents who did not request open enrollment in the first round, the second round of open enrollment begins on January 22. Students will be placed on the prioritized second round open enrollment wait list on a first come, first served basis.
