I submitted my calendar and I need to make changes do I receive a credit?
Each family is given 3 credits per student, per year. It is up to you as parents to let us know if you would like to use this credit on days that your student is absent. Absence credits must be used within 1 month of absence. Once the 3 credits have been used, there will no additional credits given. These credits can be used for Before School Care, After School Care, or Full Day. For additional information, please see the BASE Parent Handbook.
What are the late fees for picking up my child?
There is a $3.00 per minute per child late fee.
Where do I find my PIN number?
Click on the personal tab at the top of the screen or the icon labeled personal on the front page of your portal, click on your name or the name of the emergency contact. You will find the PIN number under the person selected.
How do I add days to the calendar?
Click on the attendance tab at the top of the screen or the icon labeled attendance on the front page of your portal. Here you can choose days by simply clicking the appropriate boxes that you need.
How do I add new authorize pick-up?
Click on the personal tab at the top of the screen or the icon labeled attendance on the front page of you portal. Scroll down until you see the add new contact option, which is right above the contacts label.
What if I am an authorized pick-up on multiple children?
If you are the authorized pick-up on multiple children you will have multiple PINs. Each time someone puts you as an authorized pick up you will be assigned a new PIN that you will have to use with that family.
