NEW REGISTRATION PERIODS TYPICALLY OPEN IN MAY
The 24/25 Session Begins on July 1st, 2024 and ends June 30th, 2025
Registrations will be approved the following Tuesday.
Registration fees are paid when your Registration is submitted. SAVE
This is a two-step process!
1st Step-
If you are coming from another BASE program use a different username & password to avoid complications.
If you have more than one child, you may register all of them at the same time!
Your $75 per child/$100 per family is the Registration fee and will be due upon registration.
You can pay by Credit/Debit card or electronic check.
The state requires- your Doctor and Dentist information, emergency contacts (different than parents), and hospital preferences. Have this info on hand when you begin!
The registration process will take between 15-35 min to complete. Depending on how much information you have available on hand.
Fill out only ONE registration! If you have issues contact us! DO NOT create another account. This will cause you to be double-billed and no one wants that!
Save your username & password in a safe place for future use.
Order your field trip shirt if your child will attend full days

2nd Step-
Once you have completed your Registration information it will go to the Program Manager for approval (Tuesdays). We will look for missing information and request more if needed. We will also clarify any medical needs. Medication is required onsite before your child can attend.
Once we have approved your registration you will receive an email stating that your registration is approved.
The email will include the link to visit your SchoolWorks BASE Parent Portal for the first time!
Use the username & password you set up when you began.
Now you can schedule the dates/sessions you need through the Enrollment Calendar.
The enrollment period covers a one-week cycle. Payment for the enrollment period is due at the time of online submission.
Enrollment periods submitted after Wednesday at midnight will receive a late fee automatically. This cannot be adjusted or credited back for any reason.
You are able to schedule a month at a time if you wish. If you complete an Enrollment Calendar for a month the full payment for that time period will be required.
You can pay by Credit/Debit card or electronic check.
Enrollment calendars can ONLY be submitted online.
