Gratitude Stones
idea inspired from the website: Fireflies & Mud Pies
Take a stone and draw/color a heart on it. Use it in the following ways:
1. Pass it around your family to tell eachother how you feel.
2. Calm down big feelings like anger, sadness or anxiety.
3. Using it at bedtime to share something good about the day.
4. Share an extra stone with a friend or hide in the neighborhood.
Sessions are: 8:15-10:45 A.M. & 12:00-2:30 P.M.
Late Start: 9:35-11:35 A.M. & 12:35-2:35 P.M.
