Welcome to our classroom website! My name is Stephanie Timm, and I am so excited to be back where my heart has always been—in first grade!

I spent 21 wonderful years teaching first grade at Prairieview before being blessed with the opportunity to serve as one of our district's SEL Instructional Coach for the past three years. During that time, I had the privilege of supporting students, teachers, and classrooms across the district while focusing on social-emotional learning. Although I loved that role, I am thrilled to be back in the classroom, doing what I love most and working with first graders every day.

Teaching has always been a part of who I am. My dad was a special education teacher for more than 30 years, and my mom ran a home daycare for many years, so I truly grew up surrounded by educators and children. Their passion for helping others inspired my own love of teaching.

Outside of school, my husband, Brian, our daughter, Sophie, and I enjoy spending time together reading, traveling, and making memories with family and friends. One of our favorite places to visit is Disney World, and we love planning our next adventure together.

I look forward to partnering with you this year as we help your child learn, grow, and build their own great big beautiful tomorrow.
