Mrs. Julie Hafner
I love teaching 5th grade and enjoy the fun activities, and preparing students for life at CHMS! I have been at Walker in many capacities since 2005: parent, substitute teacher, and full-time teacher. It is an amazing school to work at with great teachers, families, and students.
My family has lived in Clarendon Hills since 2001, my husband Clay and I have three daughters: Grace, Chloe, and Jane. We have two dogs that are my walking buddies. I enjoy traveling, reading, chocolate, and all Chicago sports teams. We are going to have a great year!!

Mrs. Kathy Siffermann
I am thrilled to be returning to 5th grade at Walker! It is a year filled with milestones and amazing adventures! I look forward to preparing this amazing group of 5th graders for CHMS and beyond!
This is my fourth year at Walker and I am no stranger to D181 as I attended Oak School and Hinsdale Junior High. Before returning to teaching full-time, I worked as a substitute teacher and nurse in all the district buildings for several years. I feel fortunate to be a part of the Walker and D181 community!
My family has lived in Western Springs since 2013, my husband Tim and I have three children: Jane, Jack, and Charlie. Outside school, I love spending time with family and friends, skiing, traveling, and reading. I am so excited for this year!
