Tech Crew
Tech Crew is a critically important part of the show. We need props and backdrops to set the stage. Our Tech Crew can make the magic happen! Tech Crew meets in January, February and March to build and create set pieces and props for the musical. Students must be picked up promptly by a parent or take the late bus home at 4:45 p.m. Regular attendance and passing grades are expected of participating students.
January, February & March -- Scheduled to be announced
April -- Stage Crew and Sound/Light Crews ONLY
(Stage & Sound/Light Crews are selected from Tech Crew)
Standard Rehearsals -- 3:00 to 4:45 p.m.
The following rehearsals will be after school until 4:45 pm. They will be ALL CAST rehearsals and all characters, ensemble, stage crew, etc., need to be in attendance. Students may be picked up by a parent or take the late bus home.
Extended Rehearsals -- 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.
The following rehearsals will be after school until 6 pm. They will be ALL CAST rehearsals and all characters, ensemble, stage crew, etc., need to be in attendance. They are MANDATORY rehearsals. Students must be picked up by a parent. There is NO LATE BUS for 6 pm rehearsals.
Tuesday, April 20 & Thursday, April 22 -- Performances for CCS & RCS during the school day -- NO after school rehearsals.
April 23 -- Students will remain after school for homework & dinner. 5:00 PM CALL TIME for a 7:00 PM SHOW
April 24 -- 5:00 PM CALL TIME for a 7:00 PM SHOW (Eat dinner before you come.)
April 25 -- 12:00 PM CALL TIME for a 2:00 PM SHOW (Eat lunch before you come.)
April 26 -- Cast & Crew Party -- after school until 4:45 pm
