We hope that this tutorial would give our patrons a better insight of the advantages of using these online databases.

WHEN DOESN'T FORMAL PLANNING ENHANCE THE PERFORMANCE OF GOVERNMENT PROJECTS?.
The government faces increased number of complex projects using a adapting an effective planning strategy is important to enhance their performance. As the project’s risk levels rises, project planning must also be enhanced to ensure that the probability of success increases, this is highly applicable in the private sector. The public sector on the other hand should follow formal planning procedures in high-risk projects but keep to a flexible planning strategy in low-risk situations. It is highly suggested that governments use a planning strategy that is appropriate to the risk levels of their projects.
THE ECONOMICS AND POLITICS OF FINANCIAL UNSUSTAINABILITY IN LOCAL GOVERNMENT.
The government must be able to meet the need of the present generation without compromising the ability of the future generations to meet their own needs (Chapman 2008: 115). At the core, financial unsustainability in local governments is the result of a failure to match expenditure needs with sufficient revenue. By studying the factors that affect the financial sustainability which focuses on the economics of the problem. However the genesis of the problem invariably involves political decisions and processes, by studying and understanding these factors we are able to anticipate and create an adaptive plan in case any problems arise.

The right to information laws have been seen as a critical step in the global movement towards transparency of governments. These information laws that will be proposed and implemented will ensures the governments transparency, accountability and responsiveness of the government and should be considered as a fundamental right in contemporary society. The implementation of these law will also have limitations and risk. If we can create a solution for these limitations, we can further improve government transparency and governments services.
