Line Dancing
Our Line Dancing unit exposes and introduces all of our students to rhythmic analysis. Students are expected to have a better understanding of body movement, and tempo and realize the characteristics of a line dance. 6th-grade students start off with easier line dances and then 8th-graders are eventually learning more complex line dances.
6th-grade line dances: Cupid Shuffle, Cotton-eyed Joe, and All I Want For Christmas
