In Kindergarten we will be working on mastering our locomotors. These include skipping, hopping, sliding, galloping, jumping, crab walking, and bear crawling. These locomotors are easy to work on at home. Making your own "race track" out of cones or objects is a fun way to practice and the students enjoy the competitive spirit of racing.
Student will also be using stations and learning how to switch station cooperatively and work together.
Kindergarten will be learning new games and mastering following directions and rules.
Bean bag toe tag is a big game for kindergarten to learn, they work on their underhand toss, and jumping/hopping. There are also many rule they must remember and follow.
