NYSERDA Announces New Castle is First Small Community in New York State to Earn Clean Energy Community Designation

Sammi Leroy, former intern in Colgate's sustainability office, is now working for the Town of New Castle in Westchester County as the Assistant Town Planner. She helped them receive the $100K from NYSERDA for becoming the first municipality in Westchester County to receive a "Clean Energy Community" designation.
