Study Hall & Open Computer Lab is also being offered but will not show up on this list below.

There will be questions in the form addressing those options and how those are scheduled.

Please note that the form is set to allow only one response per student.

Multiple sign-ups of the same activity will not be honored and students will be placed into an activity at Admin's discretion.

Even students who will be permanently placed must fill out the form.

Please see your teachers if you would like to be permanently pulled.
