INSTRUCTIONS FOR USING CHROMEBOOK AT HOME: 

Here are instructions on how to login to your CMS Google Account at home on a Chromebook:

 1. Log in to the Chromebook user name: StudentID@student.cms.k12.nc.us 

Password: your CMS Google password 

2. Once you enter the first website, you will encounter the filtering process. Type in your User name: StudentID@cms.k12.nc.us (notice that the word "student" is missing).

3. On the last screen of credentials, type in your user name: StudentID@cms.k12.nc.us 

Password: YYYYMMDD (8 digit birthdate) 

4. You are ready to use the Chromebook
