Classroom Expectations

1. Enter QUIETLY and take your seat on the carpet starting on back row.

2. Wait for directions before going to your seat and getting a digital device.

3. Work with a quiet voice. If you need help, ask a friend next to you. If you need MY help, raise your hand.

4. When it's time to stop...STOP! I will ring the chimes to tell you to STOP. Put your headphones on top of the computer with cord to right of computer.

5. Clean up QUICKLY and QUIETLY. Pay attention to directions!

I will call Tables 1 - 4, 5 - 8, 6 - 9. Line up with NO Talking.

6. Put away devices properly.

7. Properly wear headphones. When I ring the chime, take off headphones FIRST so you can hear directions. Wrap up headphones and put away.

8. Handle device and mouse properly.

9. Do not print unless you have been given permission.

10. Stay on the site or activity that I have told you to be on. STAY ON TASK!

11. Log off computer properly by clicking circle in bottom left corner of screen and choosing “Log off”.

CMS Rights and Responsibilities Handbook:

• Purpose: To explain behavior that is allowed and not allowed in CMS and to show consequences of making poor choices.

Always display appropriate behaviors. No weapons allowed. No bullying allowed.

Positive Behaviors have Positive Consequences.

Negative Behaviors have Negative Consequences.

If you do not follow the rules, then there will be NEGATIVE consequences such as limiting what you are allowed to do in the STREAM Studio, on Chromebooks or on iPads.

Connect Think Sheet or going to a different class for a Time Out is a consequence.
