In the first weeks of class we are refreshing and emphasizing the importance of the Scientific Method, and the Science and Engineering Practices, using as a basis the Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS). We will be doing a series of experiments and exercises where we will utilize that framework to explain and guide the observed phenomena.

Students will also be using technology to join the Science Google Classroom, where we will post assignments. The Classroom Calendar will be available in this webpage.

En las primeras semanas de clase, estamos refrescando y enfatizando la importancia del Método Científico y las Prácticas de Ciencia e Ingeniería, utilizando como base los Estándares de Ciencias de la Próxima Generación (NGSS). Haremos una serie de experimentos y ejercicios en los que utilizaremos ese marco para explicar y guiar los fenómenos observados.
