• Traditional roast turkey served with Yorkshire pudding, sausage &bacon wrap & stuffing

• Poached salmon fillet served with citrus butter of white wine & parsley sauce

• Chicken breast stuffed with cranberry & Wensleydale cheese & a creamy mushroom & bacon sauce

• All the above served with mixed potatoes and vegetables of the season

• Mushroom stroganoff served with rice
