Pre-Calculus

Course Description:

In Pre-Calculus, students continue to build on Algebra 1, Algebra II, and Geometry foundations as they expand their understanding through other k-8 mathematical experiences. They will use functions, equations, and limits as useful tools for expressing generalizations and as means for analyzing and understanding a broad variety of mathematical relationships. My objective is help each student receive a strong foundation to be successful in college algebra or Calculus, which ever direction they choose.

Materials needed:

• graphing calculator TI- 84 +
• graph paper, notebook paper, pencils and ruler
• 3 ring binder
