Join us for a relaxed coffee morning at the Chantry Library where there is a cafe that makes lovely brews, tasty food and amazing cakes if you have a sweet tooth.

For last meeting of 2025 we will be making beeswax sheet candles, hosting a raffle and nibbles. Please bring a raffle donation and some money to take part if you can. Join us for a cuppa, share some nibbles and good company where we get together with people who understand what it is like to have chronic fatigue conditions.

Join us for our annual Christmas Meal to spend some time with good food, great company and see in the festivities. This year we are supporting Cafe 66,  a cafe at Kesgrave Scout hall who runs for people with learning disabilities. Our table is booked for Wednesday 17th December from 11am. Booking is essential so please let us know if you can make it.
