ME, CFS and Long COVID Service - Serving Suffolk and North East Essex
New in August 2025 - Here to support people living with ME, CFS (Myalgic Encephalomyelitis and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome), and/or Long COVID across Suffolk and North East Essex.
We’re committed to a person-centred approach, working in line with the latest guidance from the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) – ME and CFS: NG206 and Long Covid: NG118. That means listening to you, working with you, and building a care plan that fits your unique situation.
They offer an outpatient service throughout Suffolk and North East Essex. . This is via face-to-face appointments, email and telephone and in a small number of cases, home visits

Action for ME
Action for M.E. is the only charity in the UK supporting people with M.E. of all ages and our services have often been referred to as a 'lifeline' by those who have accessed them. We are working to ensure that adults, children, young people and families living with M.E. are supported during this unprecedented time, and beyond.

Disability Advice Services (Martlesham)
The DAS are an independent advice centre in Martlesham Heath, who offer free, confidential and impartial advice to disabled people and their carers in the Suffolk Coastal area. Advice includes: Welfare benefits and appeals; Housing rights; Care, support, and adaptations to your home; Accessible transport; Employment and support to return to work; Help in a crisis and other advice.

A friendly, self-help group based who meet the second Tuesday of every month for those suffering from Fibromyalgia. Meetings consist of a topic or a guest speaker and refreshments.
