Hello,

I am glad to be an Assistant Principal at Cy-Woods HS. I truly believe in serving a campus and I take pride in working with teachers to provide a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment for students to learn. Also, I believe in supporting teachers so that they can grow and become future leaders as well.

I bring with me 6 years of Assistant principal experience and 13 years of total education experience. During my career, I have coached football, track, soccer start, and science olympiad. I have been the lead sponsor for state ranking science olympiad teams, and award winning step teams, YLPA/YMPA.

I taught Integrated Physics and Chemistry, 8th grade General Science, and PLATO. During my time as a classroom instructor, I held the title of 8th grade team leader and science department chair. I have served on numerous curriculum writing committees while in the classroom. As an administrator, I served as an AP Mentor; served as a member of the Leadership Development Continuum, Restorative Discipline Committee, Code of conduct Committee, and Safe Schools Committee.
