Tila Aytch Henderson is originally from Los Angeles, California and has lived in Texas for 13 years. She earned a B.S. degree in Athletic Training from the Texas State University-San Marcos. She also holds a M.ED Educational Leadership from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana. She received her Athletic Training National Board Certification & State License in 2012 and is a CPR Faculty Instructor. This is my 4th year teaching at Cy Lakes and she enjoys every bit of it. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with family, playing with her dog, and watching Netflix. She is looking forward to a fantastic year here at Cypress Lakes High School.
