3124 Employment Contracts
The Board of Control is the final authority in contracting for all CESA 5 personnel. The administrator or designee will interview and screen all final candidates seeking employment with the agency. Upon the administrator's approval, the candidate will be recommended to the Board of Control for employment. Salaries for all employees are determined by the administrator, in accordance with Board of Control policy and approval.
