Siriskjær / Vannkanten

The Vannkanten housing project is located in Stavanger, Norway. The investment consists of 9 buildings, each with 5-6 floors and 50-150 m2 flats. The wooden fasade promotes the Norwegian timber, The building shape resembles the local seashore silhouette. The construction site is located in an old industrial area called Siriskjær, which is revitalized in order to satisfy the great residential need of the developing Stavanger commune in the early 2010 years.

In this project we were charged by Dimensjon Rådgivning with structural design and preparation of formwork and reinforcement drawings for building number 7 and 9 displayed on the photo above.
